Changing acces rights to a users calender

Here are the powershell commands for changing acces rights to a users calender (or agenda in Dutch)

The ADD command add’s the rights to the user, the SET command changes the current rights
Always use ADD before SET!

Give all users from 1 database:

get-mailbox -database “Databasename” | FL name

Change right per user

Add-MailboxFolderPermission “username:Agenda” -User all -AccessRights Contributor

Set-MailboxFolderPermission ” username:Agenda” -User all -AccessRights Contributor

Add-MailboxFolderPermission ” username:Calendar” -User all -AccessRights Contributor

Set-MailboxFolderPermission ” username:Calendar” -User all -AccessRights Contributor

Change right, for all users in 1 database

get-mailbox -database “Databasename” | ForEach-Object {add-MailboxFolderPermission $_”:Calendar” -User all -AccessRights Reviewer}

get-mailbox -database “Databasename” | ForEach-Object {set-MailboxFolderPermission $_”:Calendar” -User all -AccessRights Reviewer}

get-mailbox -database “Databasename” | ForEach-Object {add-MailboxFolderPermission $_”:agenda” -User all -AccessRights Reviewer}

get-mailbox -database “Databasename” | ForEach-Object {set-MailboxFolderPermission $_”:agenda” -User all -AccessRights Reviewer}
