Problem
This week I had a customer who changed something the local Active Directory, but this change was not able in Office 365. After a quick look, I saw there was a problem in the sync if AADConnect. There was no export.
This is due to the staging setting in AADConnect.
No export option in AADConnect
Start AADConnect configuration.
Give your credentials for the azure/Office 365 environment.
Deselect the box Enable staging mode, to Disable the staging mode.
Select “Start the synchronization process when configuration completes”
Staging mode had been disabled.
There is now an Export in AADConnect, and the changes made in the local AD are synchronized to azure/Office 365.
