[Solved] Office 365 : How to prevent the automatically upgrade of Office 365 ProPlus 2013 to 2016

This is the way to prevent the automatically upgrade of Office 365 ProPlus 2013 to 2016

Solution 1: Change the Registry

Go to the following location in the registry on each affected computer:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\office\15.0\common\officeupdate

Add the following value under the office update subkey:

“enableautomaticupgrade“=dword:00000000

Office 2013 : “Something went wrong”, with an error code of 30175-4. [SOLVED]

This week I had an Office 2013 installation what went wrong.

Starting every application gave the error :

The item ‘Word.exe’ that this shortcut refers to has been changed or moved, so this shortcut will no longer work properly.

HOW TO : Create a local installation of Office 2013 in your Office 365 subscription, for easy deploy

With your Office 365/Office2013 subscription, users are allowed to download Office 2013, to their local computer.

But sometimes you ‘the Administrator’ don’t want all the clients to download their own installation.

In this case you can use the Office Deployment Tool for Click-to-Run installations.

E2010/O365 : No name reset, when using Outlook.exe /resetfoldernames [Solved]

Problem:

When you’re migrating, and you see the new mailbox has standard folders in 2 different languages.

Or

You cannot change the default folder names to another language by using the /ResetFolderNames switch in Outlook

Solution 1

Use Powershell in the local server to correct this:

E2010/O365 : No name reset, when using Outlook.exe /resetfoldernames [Solved]

Outlook 2013 shows only the last 6 months

 

Outlook 2013 only shows the last 6 months of e-mail.

On the bottom of your screen you’ll see :
